WRITING FOR 1V1 ME IRL

I collaborated with 1v1 me irl, an Atlanta Speed Dating service catering to nerds, cosplayers, gamers, and more. Tasked with promoting their upcoming speed dating event, I provided a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for April.
This included social media strategy consulting, where I crafted a content plan, posting schedule, and style guide while also discussing the use of generative AI tools to streamline processes. Additionally, I wrote and edited blog articles for their website, created a variety of Facebook posts, and updated the web copy on their homepage.
The Results
With just a $50 investment in Facebook ads, the initial post promoting the event signup link garnered 204 link clicks, reached 6,712 people, and engaged 211 users. Furthermore, our efforts significantly boosted website traffic, recording a 124% month-over-month increase, with 175 total visits and 285 pageviews in April alone. The event reached its target attendance, showcasing the effectiveness of our combined efforts in elevating 1v1 me irl's online presence and event participation.
